Something Missing Chapter 6 is the sixth chapter of Season 5 and the thirtieth chapter of ēlDLIVE.
Summary[]
McCay and Lili are summoned to the First Interrogation Room by Riggs to be questioned about their cargo ship warping in so close to the station. Lili asks to be excused to go to the bathroom, and when she's there she uses her SPH to extend her tongue all the way to the room Revo is in to create a new poison with the poison inside of him.
On board the cargo ship, Dolugh fainted right after coming out, causing Chuuta much embarassment. Misuzu comes in to tell him that she's done and leaves. Trumbo makes a comment about her, getting Chuuta angry. Cherrill teases him by asking if she's his secret crush, and asks him out on a date the next time they see each other. Chuuta is flustered and leaves. After he leaves, Trumbo mentions that Cherrill is cruel to play around with him when he's about to die. Alvah mentions that it's a shame to let the Monitalien leave, but there's no choice. When asked what their next aim is, King says "More than a crime, less than a war."
Outside, the CID meet up with each other before deciding to return to the station. Virgil tells Chuuta that he has stay behind to learn how to swim in space. Chips, and to Chuuta's surprise, Misuzu, decide to stay and teach him. Ninotchka and Veronica decide to stay behind as well. They watch as the cargo ship leaves.
At the élDLIVE HQ, members of élDLIVE, including Laine, are discussing Demille's destruction before the Superintendant Copora receives an emergency message from an officer about a pandemic on three planets. It has already nearly wiped out the population of one planet. The disease spreads abnormally fast and the fatality rate is 100%. Symptoms start with green spots on the victim's skin before the whole body turns into green fiber and decompose. The process only takes a few minutes, and very little space is needed for it to spread. Copora places the pandemic on top priority and commands that all the virus and SPH experts gather to find a cure.
Meanwhile at the station, Revo starts to exhibit the same described symptoms of the disease. Alerted by the monitors, Professor Isaac rushes back to the infirmary.
